DA Lodged to Council

Revelop is pleased to announce the Calderwood Village Centre Development Application has been lodged to council.

Designed by BN Group, this state-of-the-art neighbourhood centre will feature a full-line supermarket, childcare centre, gym facility, swim school, medical & allied health services and veterinary clinic. Future visitors of the Calderwood Village Centre will also have the opportunity to experience an array of options in our outdoor dining precinct as well as access to over 10 additional specialty retailers.

With over 15,000 homes in the Calderwood Valley region as a whole, the Illawarra Escarpment is one of the larger growth corridors in NSW. The centre will be built within the Lendlease estate which will become home to over 6000 families over the next 10 years.
